Should you discover any defects in your product, or in case any products or beauty services purchased / received / availed causes side effects or doesn’t suit you, please note that British Cosmetics (Pvt) Ltd is in no manner responsible for any manufactural side-effects, product damaged caused through transportation informed lapsing 24 hrs on the time of receipt of the goods, sample or such faulty product shall be solely responsible by the purchases if such time period of information is lapsed.

Also we will not be responsible on misuse of the product without knowledge, or not following the product instruction mentioned in each respective product.
